Isla los Lobos is a tiny island between Fuerteventura and Lanzarote, Canary Islands. It has a unique ecosystem and it’s definitley worth a day trip from Corralejo. It is not possible to sleep in the island, unless you want to camp into the wild. I was there in May 2010.

The short ferry ride from Corralejo (Fuerteventura) to Lanzarote take you to a very different island, with its lunar landscapes, well cured trees, and foggy capes. I was there in July 2010 for a couple of days. Arrecife (Lanzarote capital) photogallery.
The Observatorio del Roque de los Muchachos, situated on the edge of the Caldera de Taburiente National Park, 2.396 m. is home to one of the most extensive fleets of telescopes to be found anywhere in the world. I was in the beautiful island of La Palma in September 2010. Despite being part of the Canary island, La Palma receive little tourism, mostly trekkers. Gran Canaria is a special place for me, becuase it’s here that in December 2003 I began my nomadic life. Here are some pictures of that travel I took, where I spent a week in the touristic area of Maspalomas and another in the windsurf Mecca of pozo Izquierdo.
I spent only few hours in Arrecife in July 15th, 2010, the capital of Lanzarote, Canary Islands, during my 3 days trip in the island, while I was living in Fuerteventura, a short boat ride away. I liked Lanzarote and Arrecife in particular, that looked much nicer than Puerto del Rosario.
