Even if they have changed during the years, now cramped with tourists and scammers and sometimes dodgy at night, Le ramblas are still a magic spot, a place you always end, while in Barcelona. La rumba de Barcelona pasa por la ramblas. La rambla end at the Port of Barcelona, with Mare Magnum.

Isla los Lobos is a tiny island between Fuerteventura and Lanzarote, Canary Islands. It has a unique ecosystem and it’s definitley worth a day trip from Corralejo. It is not possible to sleep in the island, unless you want to camp into the wild. I was there in May 2010.

Cofete lies at the bottom of Fuerteventura, beyond the highest hill /750mt) of the island. And because of that is very often cloudy, and adding the fact you can reach the place only through a dirty road, Cofete has a “end of the world” feeling. In fact, when I asked to the man at the last Restaurant before reaching the beach he told me “In Cofete solo hay muertos”.

I first visited Formentera as a day trip in June 2003. Then I come back in May 2009 looking for a summer job for 3 weeks without success. So I had to leave this paradisiacal island, with stunning beaches like “Playa ses illetes” one of top 10 in the world.

I visited Valencia for the first time on January 2004. I come back on March 2006 for “Las fallas” a traditional yearly celebration where every ghborood of the city elaborate firecracker-filled cardboard and paper-mâché artistic monument in a street and burn them.

I visited Valencia in January 2004 and came back on March 2006 for the big celebration “Las Fallas”. Valencia is a beautiful city, with a great weather, a great nightlife in Barrio del Carmen and many old and new arts building from famous local architect Santiago Calatrava.

I visited Alhambra, the enchanting Arab palace in Granada (Spain), in January 2004, during my first trip to Andalusia. Granada is worth it only for this, but if it’s not enough for you, then it should be know you can find the best free tapas and the beautiful barrio Albaicin.

My first time in Ibiza was in June 2003. My best memory from that holiday was the sunset in Cafè del Mar, San Antonio. This place has become famous for his music, which was surely a fundamental part in creating a unique relaxing atmosphere.
