My favourite place in Tunisia has surely been Matmata, in the desert. An old berber village situated at 500mt, it is famous because it was used as set for Star Wars – Ep. IV – A new hope. This is the place that Luke Skywalker and the old Ben Kenobi use to call home, in a galaxy and a time far far away.
